Pros

I have nothing positive to say about this company.

Cons

This company is the same as TianShuo Education and Jilin Younovo Education. Whenever the company gets a bad reputation, they just change their name. I can honestly say teaching for this company was the worst experience of my life. China is an amazing country! Please do go teach and travel there. But NOT with this company. I felt like a tool for this company to use however they wanted to make the most money for themselves. They did not care how much they wasted my time or inconvenienced me, making me travel all over the city at a moment’s notice to go to an interview or go to the office to meet with an important client. This company does not respect their employees as professionals or human beings, and I truly believe they prey on individuals who don’t have many other job opportunities and lure them to Changchun. I personally met teachers who, after arriving in Changchun, were not placed in a school for MONTHS and ended up having to borrow money from the company to live. And since the company takes your passport as soon as you arrive until you pay back the housing deposit and other fees outlined in the contract, those teachers who have poor English and don’t do well at their interviews have very limited options. They owe money to the company and have no passport. I am just lucky that the company got me a job quickly and I left Chanchun as soon as my contract was up.
