Pros

Great workplace culture with the friendliest coworkers I've ever had. Pay is more than competitive, great benefits, and incredibly generous PTO.

Cons

The back edge of most small businesses: little room for advancement.

Pros

Jigsaw is an employee first company. Jigsaw highly values its customers, but it knows that in order to truly have good customer service, it must take excellent care of its employees. This is seen all over the company in the way we welcome new hires, the way we communicate directly with each other and value the unique skills and passions each person brings to the table, and finally in the way we celebrate each other weekly if not daily. Jigsaw is still currently small and very flexible. This leads to lots of opportunity to solve problems, learn a lot, and build roles for yourself. We celebrate a lot, especially with great food! Management loves to listen to anyones ideas.

Cons

Currently, Jigsaw is learning how to structure positions and roles in order to grow as a company. New systems have proved challenging or disruptive to comfortable ways of handling workflows. There is still a lot of voids in processes and expectations that are natural to the growth process. We are learning how to operate less as a collection of individuals and more as a team that utilizes each other's strengths and passions. Jigsaw is learning how to move out of a hustle mentality, where work can follow you home, to a more manageable and scalable structure. This also means stressful timelines or expectations on individuals because roles and workflows are not yet clearly established.
