Pros
Everyone working at Jewel-Craft is so friendly and willing to lend a hand and/or teach you. Plenty of room to move up or switch departments. The owners and all of the managers are so nice and make you feel important. It has a close-knit, family feel type of environment.
Cons
At times the work/people can put pressure on you to keep pushing yourself. You’re aware that the business doesn’t run properly if everyone isn’t doing their job so it’s very important to be there on time, when you’re supposed to be, and during busy seasons you may be expected to come in early and/or stay late.
