Thank you for the feedback. Five years is a long time and we appreciate your commitment. We are glad that you felt our benefit package was strong as we do our best to ensure our employees receive quality in the benefits we offer.
We would like to discuss with you if you ever reported poor management and if so, what was done after the reporting? It is imperative to voice these frustrations (even in confidence) so HR can fix any issues there might be. Many of our leaders have come to Jeunesse with lengthy years of management experience and we also look to hire individuals who align with our company culture.
