      Pros

      Very little in the way of pros, you may meet some good colleagues who unfortunately are in the same sinking boat as you

      All of them!!! "Managers" are all friends of the CEO, the actual backbone of the company are the employees who work there and do not have manager in their title. If you aren't Muslim and Arabic forget about any kind of career growth. Employees have to train their newly hired inexperienced "managers" in all aspects of their jobs. Salary was not competitive at all, work environment was horrible with no security at all.

      Positive work environment and very encouraging. The HR at Jetex US is very helpful and great to work with.

      Pros

      You will work with an amazing group of people that become like family. The office is very laid back and there’s no micromanaging.

      Cons

      Pay is terrible, no bonus, no raises, the benefits are mediocre, upper management is disorganized and unfair. There’s no room for growth with this company and you will become stuck.
