Pros
You’re encouraged to experiment and find new ways to solve problems and contribute to business growth. There’s genuine focus on learning—both for employees and for the children the platform serves. The company deeply cares about its learners, and that shows in how thoughtfully classes and experiences are crafted.
Cons
Unfortunately, the positives don’t extend to employee experience. A 6-day workweek is the norm, which contradicts the promise of work-life balance. While the entire team is Indian, there’s an expectation to adopt a European/American approach to communication and client handling without adequate cultural support. Decision-making can feel arbitrary—employees may be let go suddenly, while exiting on your own terms isn’t looked upon kindly. As a parent, I’d happily choose JetLearn for my child. But as a professional, I wouldn’t recommend it as a workplace.
