Pros
None, Only the people who are employees and are somehow stuck due to multiple reasons are really good here.
Cons
12 hrs working each day for 6 days a week and not even a Sunday holiday, (That's only for some special people who they like) even though they promised that after few months, when the process is set we will shift the work timings to 9 hrs it never happened. They hire you, you work for a particular process but they don't want you to continue the same process so they shift you into something else, some other department after 6 months which you are never trained for neither interested in, then when your performance dip in the upcoming weeks or month, they will give you a vague review of your performance and ask you to leave the company, The HR especially, is highly manipulative, disrespectful and unprofessional. The founders will take your interview while hiring, however while leaving they won't even communicate with you over a phone or a chat. Highly baised towards few people, which again is a sign of unprofessionalism. They literally dont have any KPI's for anyone, they run this business randomly, so if they feel you did good this month you'll get incentives, if they didn't see you much around or your online presence is not noticable but your work is on point, you still might not receive your incentives. The company calls itself International however, it operates totally from India, only few founders are in netherlands and the children and parents are from other countries, 95% of the teachers joined the company are also Indian. Just to add on, they expect you to sometimes adjust and work for more than 12 hrs too, so like if you work just for 12 hrs they might think you are not ready to give it all for the company, you're not that driven in general. So if you want to waste your time, lose selfrespect, have no me or family time at all, you can join this company.
