You are treated like a machine, vacations that were prescheduled are taken away or you are treated like you’ve done something wrong for wanting to take one. The turnover rate at Jetset is skyhigh, with almost every department head resigning along with their teams shortly after. You are constantly belittled, treated poorly especially during the Olympic Games. If you want a work life balance, do not work here. You also only have medical insurance and 401k.
