      Pros

      Working with dogs, a great team (that we built ourselves), warm customers

      Cons

      Ownership gives no autonomy. You are micromanaged beyond belief, given unrealistic goals with zero support to achieve them. You'll be berated and yelled at in front of peers, your team and even clients. The most bullying I've ever seen since high school really.

      Pros

      The few things I value most about working at Jet Pet are the animals, and the fun environment they are in. The team are nice and and enjoyable and we all share the same love for pets.

      Being able to have more staff for safety and higher pay.

      Pros

      I value that we get to work with loving and fun animals. Also working with a group of people who feel the same way about animals. It can be a busy job but rewarding when the animals and happy and healthy. The staff are great and friendly, so it’s always nice to be in work with a good group of people and pets!

      Less turn around, keeping the good staff for longer.
