I am happy to see working at Jet has been an amazing job for you and you have had the opportunity to enjoy the perks and friendly environment along the way. We strive to empower all our employees and am glad you felt this too. I appreciate the feedback regarding the lack of communication and ownership. Our communication gaps are something we are actively working on and have processes in place to minimize the miscommunications that slip through the cracks.
