Pros

Worked at Jet.com Partner services for 7 months and enjoyed it up until change of upper management in October time frame) Free soda Free Cereal

Cons

They say you can be you and no one is there to judge you but if you are an Introvert and surround yourself with introvert friends/coworkers, there will be times when other co-workers assume you are not inclusive. Do to this, you may be subject to write ups for not being extroverted enough. (there is more to this story) Long story short, it does not matter if you are a hard worker who works and closes more cases than other team mates or the fact that you are always on time and call in sick. If a specific manager or supervisor or team lead does not like you, they will not help you progress in the company and they will cause you to quite. I wanted this job to be a career for me but do to internal dynamics, I left the company. . . . soon after with in the next two months so did an additional 3 coworkers as well as the supervisor who had similar issues, also left . Management (Seniors, Team Leads, Supervisors) most are hired based off favoritism, seniority and not by productivity and knowledge; though they state otherwise. HR complains are not taken seriously enough. Hostile work environment, Managements does not know how to deal with mundane issues like gossip and inappropriate conversation on the workfloor.

Pros

The culture was awesome, with one rule (Be Nice) I loved Jet. We kicked some major #$^^ so much so that Walmart bought us and killed us. We had fun, it was like working at an all night rave music and dancing while we worked. hard to describe, you had to be there.

Cons

the pay wasn't the best but the benefits more than made up for it. The insurance was fantastic, the fun we had at work was enough to make up for the lack of pay.
