      Fun and energetic culture that continues to evolve. We are member focused and encourage our Jet Heads to be empowered and make decisions as an owner of the business.

      Cons

      Sometimes we would like system advancements to happen faster than they currently do.

      Pros

      The culture was awesome, with one rule (Be Nice) I loved Jet. We kicked some major #$^^ so much so that Walmart bought us and killed us. We had fun, it was like working at an all night rave music and dancing while we worked. hard to describe, you had to be there.

      Cons

      the pay wasn't the best but the benefits more than made up for it. The insurance was fantastic, the fun we had at work was enough to make up for the lack of pay.
