Pros

The culture within customer service is wonderful good benefits, alright pto plan. Snacks, monthly incentives, plenty of room to grow more so in the starting of the company. Company parties are always a hit free soda and some snacks great game room including ping-pong and pool with arcade games. A handful of leadership that does care about the company and its employees pay is good for the average around the Salt Lake Valley

Cons

The culture within the customer service field is great but not within the team that is continuing to build culture. I was hesitant to share my thoughts here until I read another review early this week, I can see I don't stand alone... there are multiple members of management especially the hr team warming seats because they are friends with the higher ups. The hr team as a whole takes full advantage of every activity offered and they plan stuff they enjoy, it's all about what makes them happy. Favorites is a real thing and is happening you will want to be a member of the ''in crowd'' to go anywhere or be respected. There is something uncomfortable happening in this company and the root of the problem is coming from poor views of the truth. I hope there is change before it's to late for jet. There is no real way to voice your concerns without fear of getting your name dragged through the dirt the worst part is that no one important will see what is being destroyed before it's to late jet has let go of a lot of good agents that didn't deserve it

Pros

The culture was awesome, with one rule (Be Nice) I loved Jet. We kicked some major #$^^ so much so that Walmart bought us and killed us. We had fun, it was like working at an all night rave music and dancing while we worked. hard to describe, you had to be there.

Cons

the pay wasn't the best but the benefits more than made up for it. The insurance was fantastic, the fun we had at work was enough to make up for the lack of pay.
