Pros

Relaxed environment, free snacks/drinks, excellent training program, friendly environment, opportunities for growth

Cons

Shipping policies and procedures, 30 minute cancellation window, and packing everything into one box (liquids and chips for instance are crushed constantly) not sure how this company is making money.

It's great to hear you enjoy the snacks and other perks that we offer at Jet. I agree we have a large pool with plenty of room for growth. Pros

The culture was awesome, with one rule (Be Nice) I loved Jet. We kicked some major #$^^ so much so that Walmart bought us and killed us. We had fun, it was like working at an all night rave music and dancing while we worked. hard to describe, you had to be there.

Cons

the pay wasn't the best but the benefits more than made up for it. The insurance was fantastic, the fun we had at work was enough to make up for the lack of pay.
