Glad to hear you’ve found the floor to be friendly! I’ve spent some picking in our FCs and every time I get hung up, there has been someone there to help me. I think all the friendly and helpful people are the best thing about working at Jet! I am disappointed though to hear that you haven’t found the HR team to be that helpful.
