The remaining workforce has a lot of talent that, when engaged and challenged, consistently deliver. Starting salaries can be good, if you can prove your worth.
Cons
The remaining workforce is tired and frustrated. Underutilized talent pool. If the economy was not as it is now, many would leave. Poor management communication and follow-through. Good 'ol boys still horde tribal information. Fumbling with new computer technology.
