Pros

There aren't any pros I could think of.

Cons

Majority of the people I spoke with while working there were overworked so they have a high turnover. I know most employees at Jet Access are salary and they pay salary for a reason. Many of the office people work 50+ hours a week on a regular basis and because they are salary this means no overtime. As a pilot for over a decade there are better opportunities and better run operators out here for pilots and everyone else in that company. The pilot turnover rate there is high. The owner is a salesman and his team will say anything to get you on their "team" but once hired you quickly ask yourself "why did I accept". I worked with some great pilots there but the good pilots don't stay there long we just wait for an opportunity to move on.

Pros

We have newer aircraft, for the most part. My coworkers are all great and we get along/work together to get what is needed done. Management also takes care of us by checking in, doing little events and hearing us out when there's an issue. It's the most family minded company I have worked for. All of the values Jet Access talks about I thought were just for face value like all the other companies. The longer I am here the more I can see that these guys actually mean it and it's impressive. I hope this goes on for a long time.

Cons

Not really any cons at the moment

Pros

You get your 40 hours.

Cons

No overtime available because work isn't coming in. Mechanics are blamed for the lack of work. This company doesn't have the facilities to paint on aircraft, so they do it in the main hanger around unprotected Mechanics. When you voice your concern to management they blow you off and make you public enemy #1. One guy has issues with asthma and they paint around him. Safety is preached but not followed. Project managers can't handle the projects and come down to the floor to spead the happiness. All Mechanics here could get lung cancer from being exposed to paint vapors and dust. Don't work here because in the last 2 years I have worked here they let about 40 people go. Favoritism is rampant. Crew chiefs are invincible to making mistakes, even though I collect tools left on aircraft almost on a weekly basis and put them on there boxes. This company let 10 people go 2 weeks before Christmas, happy new year indeed.
