Pros

The clothing is fantastic and you get first dibs. Many of the other associates are really awesome and the scheduling can be more flexible.

Cons

They literally lied to me and told me that they were going to train me for a supervisor position when they hired me, Then just NEVER BROUGHT IT UP AGAIN. I asked what was going on with that and they would just evade the question and say that "maybe in the future". What? But worse yet, they overwork you like crazy. I would not get breaks for ~6 hours straight, and even yelled at that I wasn't working hard enough during it. The management will completely humiliate you if you don't fulfill their insane demands. They were constantly barking at me that I wasn't working fast enough when I was literally running between tasks (and my speed has NEVER been an issue at any other retail location I've worked at). I come to find out that there used to be 3 people in my department doing my job at once--but the turnover rate is so high that they can't hold onto the employees long enough to keep three people there at all times. So what do they do? Just hire me and expect all of the work to be done like normal. Yes, that's right I was doing THREE people's jobs. And the entire time being humiliated that I wasn't doing it well enough. Well, if you are going to have me do all of that work you should at least be understanding that it's too much for one person and not scream at them. And two, I should probably get paid more than that.
