Local site great, corporate direction is a challenge - Director Jered Employee Review

New leadership seems to be very focused on fixing many of the issues from the past and has been openly communicating with us. Benefits are very good and a lot of the employees enjoy working here. Job security is not a concern as the company is winning new contracts.

The company has struggled over the past couple of years, but it seems like this is the year that they are turning it around. The old building can get hot in the summer, but the company is moving into one new location next year.

The president is a fantastic leader and a majority of the people are amazing.

The turnover is awful and the finance team is still very new
