Low salary and bonus structure. Work is driven top down and from HQ in Tokyo leading often to very superfluous and unnecessary work. Can often lack professional environment as employees are not properly managed. Japanese culture can often be too polite leading to not much done in meetings.

Incredibly nice people to work with. Always understanding and flexible with work/life balance.

Too much wasted motion to appease HQ often leading to wasted motion on silly analyses. Typical top-down Japanese structure.
