      Pros

      Projects are rather interesting from both tech and process points of view. Also it's a good practice of English there.

      Cons

      Limited number of projects, it's hard to work in the same project for a long time.

      Pros

      You could get some work done. Also, you could have some time to look for another job. People who worked there were professionals, thus you could also learn a thing or two from them.

      Cons

      Salary was tremendously delayed, and excuses were like fairy tales each month. Computer monitors were awful (meaning no LCD); everybody worked on Windows and installing Linux wasn't "allowed" as well as working on personal laptops.

      Salary calculation "looks strange". Management is not good enough.
