Pros
Mature environment that is not focused on granular level details of call volumes, call times, CV output etc. as some other agencies are - it's the end product that counts. Very autonomous and left to your own devices, with help of training and support available to you if you want it or need it. Not forced into areas or specialisms that you don't want to do and can very much pick your own sector to specialise in and the clients you work with. Very good earning potential for an agency outside of London. Such a great environment to work in and actually enjoy coming to work each day! (which is awesome!) There is free breakfast, lunch and snacks available on a daily basis. A very encouraging and supportive environment. Not the 'dog eat dog' environment you may find in other agencies. The core hours are 9.00am - 5.00pm, but that is flexible. They're happy for you to start earlier and finish earlier, or start later and finish later. It's really your choice! (which is great for me, having two young children) Overall, I can honestly say I love working here and have made the best career decision yet! :)
