Weight loss is a personal journey ,to hear the stories,to make that difference with clients. There is nothing more satisfying then changing lives. The President and CEO are kind, and seemed pro customer service in their video's. Program works if you're committed.
Cons
This company was once exclusive high class customer service. With uninterrupted one on one consultations, turned retail mindset except you pay top dollar but can't get the service. One employee performing the work of three. New Site Supervisor's are not trained in operations or sonic functions, in our market,anyways. Senior management that is above CD's and site supervisors, not performing training on new managers to navigate sonic and how to run a successful day, it's embarrassing. The only training is APH and it's constant broken record ,given no tools for success only threats. Safety issues as well when alone. No support to CDs/SS working above and beyond alone. Nepotism in senior management no one to talk to, so we quit. Hostile environment projected from senior management. I'm not saying don't work here ,but be prepared to be thrown in with little knowledge of computer layers and multitasking beyond reasonable measures and feeling pretty much abandoned due to no other employee but you, yourself and I. Senior management just directs New Site supervisors to call the help desk if are having problems with submitting orders and daily things employees should know before transactions while client is there. Doesn't the help desk have enough on their plate ?
