      Small company so you get to know everyone, they allow you to work without too many set standards for freedom, understanding when it comes to mission time with family, health reasons.

      Pros

      Anymore? No idea. Used to have some of the most talented machinists I've ever worked with. Almost all of them have moved on to more pleasant work environments by now.

      Incompetent managers who think bullying employees and treating them like children is a form of motivation
