      Pros

      Jennings has a great work environment, excellent benefits and a strong to commitment to its residents and its mission. It's nice to come to work in a place that's clean and where people smile and say hi when you walk in.

      Cons

      Staffing is comparable to competitors, but could be better in some areas.
