      -They were good at communicating needs and giving directions for standard requests.

      Cons

      -Pay is sometimes fumbled, and isn’t fixed as fast as you’d hope. -If you’re in the military, be prepared to explain that you can’t AWOL. My interviewer tried to tell me to “quit” the military and that it may compromise my position.

      Pros

      This agency was the most professional I've dealt with in many years of working. They were respectful of my background, seemed responsive to my needs and even gave me a holiday gift card (something many even employers never did, much less a temp agency). I also never had issues with getting paid on time or when I was supposed to.

      Cons

      It seemed like in my assignment with them, there were way too many factors outside their control and they were partnered with someone extremely unprofessional.
