Pros
Great company to work for. The Leadership Team actually demonstrates and live the company values, which is rare. Continuous improvement on processes and technology, very collaborative with employees and clients.
Cons
Doesn't have the same perks and benefits as bigger companies (sick time, flex time, bigger RRSP matching, etc) but it makes sense as they aren't as big. They also have more of a field mentality, but it goes for everyone, not just lower level employees. It's even across the board.
