Cons
I'll start with an example: (before playtika) no one was allowed to bring their dogs to the office, which is ok but the rule was not for everyone - the CEO brought his dog every day, they even made us celebrate his birthday. head of RnD (today the CEO) thinks he is still in the military and talks to people in a very rude manner. I guess deep down he is a good guy, just not a pleasant one to work with. My personal experience was very bad: it really made some damage. they treated me really bad and they destroyed my self-esteem. every place I worked before or after made me feel appreciated, talented and smart - besides them. the day I quit my job was one of the happiest days of my life.
