      Pros

      Good atmosphere, free coffee and a lot of social events. Hybrid work. 2 days work remotely allowed but it depends of the manager

      Cons

      Low salary, no benefits, 10 days of vacation and 3 sick days and you need to pay your own health insurance. Good company to gain experience and make a transition eventually too another job. Hierarchy company
