Pros

Nice office, good location, basic training when you walk through the door. You get a nice water bottle, pen and note book.

Cons

Management are robotic. Decide on a goal but follow a path again and again into the same wall. Members of staff holding others back and not being transparent with regards to system data. Staff being micro managed to an embarrassing level, filled with lack of trust of a degrading nature. A set up to fail attitude and ticking boxes to keep kpi’s up with no idea of how to achieve a viable end goal.

Pros

- Very supportive environment during training period - Training is solid and covers most information you need to know to succeed - Clear cut performance goals make objectives easy to track and hit - Fun but competitive company culture - Big focus on personal success and success is expected

Cons

- Some things you need to learn slip through the cracks during training (Everybody in office is helpful so you pick stuff up as you go) - Training is designed for those with previous telesales experience so the learning curve varies

Pros

The culture is super young and there's lots of fun activities throughout the week and month that keep everyone entertained. It's also a good way to quickly learn if you like sales or hate sales.

Cons

Comp is fairly low, and because it's a young/starter job, there's a lot of turnover. I was told I was being promoted after about one year, Then my manager was fired and my promotion went away, so I left.
