      Jefferies is the top place I have worked at in my career. The culture of the firm is something that cannot be portrayed in this post. Starting at the top, the firm’s executives know how to treat their Jefferies family and it truly shows.

      Like most banking jobs, incredibly long hours. Group specific: culture can be poor / not well supported, poor organization / staffing at group level.
