      Pros

      Smaller teams, so one got a large amount of responsibility. Went to meetings all of the time. Worked in the Tech group on M&A, debt and IPOs. Worked across the tech sector.

      Cons

      Extremely long hours - normal banking complaint. Associates / VPs did little - normal banking complaint.

      Supportive firm-wide culture; competitive pay; surrounded by some of the smartest people you'll ever meet.

      Cons

      Like most banking jobs, incredibly long hours. Group specific: culture can be poor / not well supported, poor organization / staffing at group level.
