      Pros

      if there is one, then i would say nice view from the office building.

      Cons

      Seniors are not very responsive to the deals and pretty laid back in terms of the deal execution. Most of the works are done by associates.

      Supportive firm-wide culture; competitive pay; surrounded by some of the smartest people you'll ever meet.

      Cons

      Like most banking jobs, incredibly long hours. Group specific: culture can be poor / not well supported, poor organization / staffing at group level.
