Good work flow and support. Health Insurance is great. Schedule flexability. Good products. Experienced management. Long standing company with over 70 years in the industry.
Cons
Very aged management is stuck in there ways and are very slow to make process adjustments if ever they do. Communication lacks based on management not holding people accountable. Aged sales and operations mentality.
