      None to speak of if your goal is to make money.

      Cons

      Do not waste your time with this company. They promise all of the leads in the world. All the while 30 plus other people are calling on top of these said "leads". The commission is not what they promise in the interview. take that promise and subtract another 10%. Very "cultish"

      Excellent training for new agents. Lots of guidance Great team culture

      Cons

      Super low commission splits. Have to do a very high volume of deals to make decent income.
