Pros
Processes/contracts/programs were well defined before my hire date.
Cons
Sometime documents were too well defined, not a lot of movement with customer contracts for instance. Putting these obstacles up elongated the on-boarding process for customers and alliances and tainted the trust level between companies. Limited access to brain trust due to time differences.
