      Pros

      Everything but salary: the directors are super intelligent, the managers are helpful and friend-like, the co-workers are friendly. The projects are wild spread in the field of pharma. If you want to gain experiences in pharma, I would definitely recommend Jecho.

      The salary is not that fantastic comparing to other merits

      This company offers a lot, great culture, great work assignments, great benefits, PTO, tuition reimbursement, 401k match. People are friendly which creates a positive working environment.
