I have to be honest here, NO pros at all.
Cons
Too many cons. From an employee’s standpoint, You can’t expect much from a company like this. Salary and benefits are not competitive at all, Management is inexperienced and don’t know what they are doing. No personal development at all. What’s the point of working at a company like this? It goes without saying the turnover is high.
