Flexible hours and poor everything else - DSPD Jecho Laboratories Employee Review

Everything but salary: the directors are super intelligent, the managers are helpful and friend-like, the co-workers are friendly. The projects are wild spread in the field of pharma. If you want to gain experiences in pharma, I would definitely recommend Jecho.

The salary is not that fantastic comparing to other merits

We were able to see how a new company grows.

The management we're not very kind to employees. The CEO really needs to come back down to earth. Seems like he thinks like he's the next coming of Jesus. He would fall asleep during peoples interview presentations and also criticize and get angry over minor details in peoples work. Very stressful and unhelpful environment.
