A highly professional organization. Good Direction. Focus is on innovation and inspiring technology and products. That makes the entire experience quite satisfying. There is a constant move to take up challenging projects. The attention to pick the right set of Employees and a constant focus on their technical improvement has to be appreciated. I joined this company as soon as i finished my MS at Rochester. It has been a great 5 years as of this month end.

I would suggest reduce the number of focus areas. You have great technical teams who are able to handle projects in multiple domains. But eventually you have to reduce the number of domains.
