Pros
Nice coworkers, free dance fitness classes, occasional free food in the office.
Cons
Are you interested in joining a company where you often hear people say, "I had no idea they were still in business"? Jazzercise is a legacy company/family business that is really all over the map these days. On one hand, they are struggling to figure out who their target audience is and on the other, they are constantly on the edge of fading into obscurity. Their old-school ways extend to their workforce, with a focus on keeping people parked at their desks, insisting on regular self-assessments to prove their worth, but missing out on modern work perks and flexibility. Like many others, they're gung-ho about dragging people back into the office (A lot of my coworkers are trying to find new jobs since it was announced that they want everyone to come in 3 days a week starting in January), but they don't offer many opportunities for career growth and don't show any appreciation for the hard work everyone put in during the pandemic. The corporate vibe is taking over, and it's not exactly a motivator for employees to stick around.
