      Pros

      - possibility to work in the old office or remotely - office located nearby subway (15 min ) with small parking

      Cons

      - don't have Sports program compensation - don't have extended medical insurance program (have promised during several years on the interview) - salary is below the market level - free English lessons only for valuable employees - managers report everything to the CEO - greedy and duplicitous management -be prepared to sign a contract for 4 years and not be able to leave earlier (otherwise you will waste your nerves and be humiliated)

      + might get lucky with a project + great coworkers + the office is not openspace, but separate small offices by teams

      Cons

      - micromanagement - paying far below the average market pay for the job - if it's your first job out of university, you're enslaved :(

      Interesting project if you got lucky. Cool team.

      Cons

      Micromanagement, poor processes. No transparency: if someone quits, it is prohibited to discuss this freely, even farewell letters/parties are not welcome.
