      Great culture easy to learn because everyone is ready to help. They have torn down the walls so all departments are working together for a common goal.

      Pros

      - Great people. These were some of the smartest people I have met and were always helpful whenever I got stuck on a task. - The CEO genuinely cares for the employees and their well being. He is the greatest boss I've had and possibly one of the greatest bosses I will have worked for. - No micromanagement as long as you get your work done - Endless learning opportunities - Collaborative work culture; every department comes together to work towards a common goal - Flexible work schedule
