Pros
Great product range. Love the technical detail and broad range of products. Challenging and fun. Great to experience solving people's real world issues.
Cons
There is NO technical training given. It is entirely up to you as the manager to learn what you need to know and train your staff. It is a VERY good idea to hire an electrical engineering student or two for some real technical knowledge in the store.
