      Salary will be increase after 2 years only, if you ask to increase. Very low salary. Toxic environment.

      No Pros at all Pathetic Company ,Pathetic management, Don't join to spoil your carrer.

      Cons

      No value of employee at all.Employee are like slave. BTW salary is less then any peon/slave salary :). You can't show your salary slip anywhere else
