Pros
Working at JatApp is my first serious job. I came to the company with minimal experience, and mentoring and support were very valuable to me. Over the two years of my work in the company, I have seen many positive changes in policies, approaches to work, and management. The company provides benefits such as a gym, English courses, insurance, compensation for professional development courses, and more. Paid vacation and unlimited sick leave are also important for me. During the war, many companies abandoned these benefits and public holidays. However, our company consistently provides them. When the full-scale invasion in Ukraine began, the company offered relocation options to safe places. I like that the company gives gifts for birthdays, work anniversaries, and other holidays. It's always a pleasant bonus, and the gifts are really useful. I also want to highlight the opportunity for career growth within the company. In recent years, I have witnessed cases where people moved to higher positions. I don't even have to look far - I also moved to a new position, which brings me a lot of inspiration. However, the most important value for me at JatApp is people. Open, talented, and friendly people work here. These people create great products and build this company. If in the future, I decide to change companies, I will definitely miss these people!
