Pros
Lots of opportunities to learn and grow as an engineer and a Sales person. Management Team is extremely knowledgeable and wanting to share their knowledge. Empowerment to make decisions and take ownership of projects. Strong interdepartmental collaboration and cohesion.
Cons
Size of the company doesn’t really allow for much promotion by way of positions. Financial incentives become the only way to reward continued work, which will always have limits.
