      Pros

      Best company for a learner. I have started my career here and learned a lot. Great work life balance, explore, deep dive into technology, Independent, leadership. My suggestion is always work on small company first rather running behind a big name.

      Cons

      There no perks as its mid level company kind of vendor for big MNC's and Client. You cant explore client experience much.
