Pros
Great family environment. Easy going dealership with Sundays off. Not much is expected of you. <------ I view that as a con, however some view it as a pro.
Cons
Not much is expected of you. There is complacency and a lack of accountability. You start to feel like you are swimming against a current. Where it may be considered a pro that there are managers that have been there for a long time, it is a tremendous hinderance for the growth and overall production of the dealership.
