Cons
1) A lot of employees in the company which wont guide you unless you are good in flattering 2) The rise in Designations/Promotions is very difficult because there is a lot of Levels also and Some experience criteria where as in todays world a 10 yrs experience person can be an outdated one. because its an information age.
